    The Church is becoming less effective in reaching the lost. Every year more churches are closing. Statistics tells us, 60% of the population will never walk inside what you and I call a church. It’s not supposed to be this way!

    I serve as a missionary with NOVO’s Activate(d) team sent out to local churches to provide ministry coaching and specialized training for pastors and ministry leaders so that the church can be effective in making new disciples.
